The New Mono Pricing
We recently updated our product pricing across Mono Connect, Lookup, and Direct Debit. This update allows us to keep providing your business with the reliable and secure services you need, and improve the experience for your users. The new pricing took effect on May 1st, 2025 and will apply to your next billing cycle.

Product Improvements
Financial Institutions
Stanbic IBTC Personal Banking: The issue has been resolved and the connection fully restored. Users can now successfully link their Stanbic Bank accounts to share their financial data and make payments with your business.
Zenith Personal Banking: We've optimized the Zenith Bank connection to now return up to 9 months of bank statements, improving data coverage.
Providus Corporate Banking: We've resolved the issue that was causing persistent data retrieval failures. Your users can now successfully link their accounts to share their financial data with your business.
Mono API
We've optimized the balance inquiry endpoint for more efficient balance checks. With this improvement, we have also updated the pricing for one of the services included in the balance inquiry endpoint. Now, you’d have to pay a fee of N10 to check if a user has sufficient funds before initiating a debit transaction via Mono Direct Debit.
Mono Dashboard
Card payments removed: We’ve officially sunsetted card payments as a billing method on the Mono dashboard. Now businesses will need to use Direct Debit or fund their wallet via bank transfer and Pay with Bank option for all wallet top-ups and subscription payments. This is to give you a more reliable and secure payment experience when using Mono.
