The widget customization feature is live

We recently launched a new version of the Mono widget and added new features to improve the experience for your users. With this update, we have also implemented the widget customization feature to enable partners to seamlessly tailor the widget to fit their brand colour and logo, and personalize the user journey and Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons.

How does it work?

  1. You can add the widget customization feature to your current pricing plan for a one-time fee. To do this, navigate to the Products page on your Mono dashboard.

  2. Once this feature is added to your plan, you can now customize the Mono widget and link it to your app. Simply navigate to the widget theme option under the product settings section to create a new theme.

  3. You can then set up a widget theme and customise the widget as you prefer.

  4. Once you’re done making all changes, you can save and publish your theme.

  5. Next, navigate to the Apps tab on the sidebar menu and click on your desired App. Go to the "App Settings” tab and under App widget theme, click on the (+) sign to update and link the theme to your app. Then launch the widget to test.

Pricing

  • N50,000 for Nigeria

  • GHS 1,322 for Ghana

FAQs

  • Do I need to be activated for widget customization? Yes, you need to add this to your plan from the product module on the Mono dashboard.

  • How will I be charged for widget customization? The fees for widget customization will be directly charged from your Mono wallet.

  • Does it work on the old widget? This feature only supports the new widget. Here’s how you can switch to the Mono widget 2.0.
