Here's how it works:
Dedicated wallet account: You can easily generate a dedicated wallet payment account within the wallet module on the Mono dashboard.
Wallet funding: Then, you can fund your wallet by making a simple transfer to your generated wallet account number.
Billing method change: Then you can switch your Connect billing method to Wallet on the Billings Settings page of the dashboard. After you do this, you can now renew your subsequent Connect subscriptions using the wallet billing method.

Product Improvements
Financial institutions
First Bank mobile login failure - Your users who have First Bank accounts can now link their account via the Mono Connect widget, using their mobile and internet banking credentials.
Mono Dashboard
Disputes on the dashboard: Partners can now dispute failed and abandoned but debited DirectPay transactions right from their Mono dashboard.
How it works
You can dispute a DirectPay transaction from the payments transactions page or the payment details page.
After clicking on the dispute button, you’d be required to provide a proof and reason for the dispute.
Once you have shared the relevant information and clicked the confirm button, the dispute would be automatically logged.
We will then review your dispute request within 2-5 days and notify you via email if it was approved or not. When a dispute has been approved, we will refund the customer via the designated account and notify you too.
