September Product Updates: Mono Lookup is Live + Test Webhook URL

Mono Lookup is live on the dashboard

We're thrilled to announce that Mono Lookup is now available on the dashboard as a standalone product! This means you can effortlessly initiate the CAC, Account, and 360-view Lookup endpoints right from your Dashboard. We've also made historical Lookups accessible so you can get a complete overview of previous lookup data retrieved.

Financial Institutions

We deployed a fix and resolved the following issues:

  1. Ecobank retail web BVN issue: This has been resolved and you can now view users’ BVN details when you call the identity endpoint.

  2. Union bank retail mobile BVN issue: This has been fixed and you can now view users’ BVN details when you call the identity endpoint.

  3. GTB Business (Nigeria) Authentication failure: Users can now link their GTB business accounts using their mobile or internet banking credentials and securely share their financial data.

  4. Providus retail authentication failure: Users can now link their Providus plus accounts to your business and securely share their financial data.

Mono Dashboard

Our Test Webhook URL feature is live. This feature allows partners to send test webhook events to the webhook URLs provided, and troubleshoot any webhook-related issues when integrating Mono APIs.

How to set up a Test Webhook URL

  1. When adding a webhook URL to your dashboard app, select the option to send a test webhook event to the URL.

  2. After you have added your webhook URL, expand the Action menu next to it and send a test webhook event to check your implementation.

  3. Lastly, you can check if the webhook event was successfully handled from the webhook logs module on the dashboard.
